All orders are shipped via FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS). As the customer, you can choose the method of shipping you would like. Please note that shipments to PO Boxes and APO and FPO addresses can only be shipped via FedEx Smartpost or USPS. Orders received before noon on a regular business day will generally be shipped that same day with all orders guaranteed to be shipped by the next business day. Most Wisconsin residents will receive their order the next day when shipped via FedEx home delivery or USPS Priority Mail.
Please note that if there is a free shipping promotion, we reserve the right to choose the method of shipping for all orders that qualify for this promotion.

Our shipping costs reflect the actual rates we are charged by FedEx and USPS, so the charges our customers pay are real-time quotes from these shippers. We are proud to offer these rates to our customers with no upcharge whatsoever.
We offer the following standard shipping methods:

USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
USPS First Class Mail Parcel (3-4 business days)
Please note that all time in transit estimates for standard delivery are based on your geographic location and are not guaranteed.
In addition, we offer the following express shipping methods:
FedEx Standard Overnight (delivery next business day)
FedEx 2-Day (delivery in two business days)
FedEx Express Saver (delivery in three business days)
All Express orders must be received by 2 PM Central Time in order to be shipped out the same day. Additional charges apply for Saturday delivery. Call for details.
If you provide a valid email address with your order, we will send you a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including your tracking number and the scheduled date of delivery. Please call 1 (920) 497-6210 if you have any questions regarding our shipping policies.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 45 days for a refund of the merchandise total. Sorry, no credits are issued for shipping charges unless you received the wrong item(s). Please include a copy of the packing slip with the returned item(s). All returned items must be in their original unused condition. Worn or laundered items may not be returned. In addition, all SALE merchandise is final and cannot be returned.
If you would like to return an item for an exchange, please include a copy of the packing slip along with your contact information and indicate the reason for return along with the item or size you would like in exchange. The cost to return the shipment to you will be charged as an $8 flat fee. A check or money order may be included with the exchange or we can simply charge the credit card you originally used for the purchase. Please note that after 45 days all sales are final.
